THE ABDUCTION ATTEMPT ACCOUNT FROM SATURDAY JULY 05/08
Police came knocking at my door 10:50 AM- same time of day and day of week (Saturday) on which they have attempted the last several abduction attempts so I knew it was them and knew not to go to the door- illegally, *they did not identify themselves (*WHICH IS ILLEGAL –IT VIOLATES POLICE PROTOCOL &REQUIRED POLICE PROCEEDURE) and I placed a cell phone call to my mother instructing her to come to my home as witness , whereupon she visually identified at least 3 squadron cars and one ghost car hidden to one side, in my back lane.
POLICE ILLEGAL ILL- INTENT TO ABDUCT DOCUMENTED IN POLICE NOTES RECOVERED BY OUR LAWYER-
(*Maher Arar (http://MaherArar.ca)is another Canadian who also committed no crime but was abducted to torture- police notes recently procured by our lawyer reveal they have this in mind for me. )
Threats of abduction to the United States with references to U.S. Marshals were found amidst police notes most recently procured by our attorney. This is in keeping with threats relating to U.S. marshal abduction which had been uttered by criminally charged X-U.S. Marine Judge David S. Doty, who presided as Judge at our ‘trial’ in Minneapolis 2 years prior, before a jury pool with members and affiliates of F.B.I., C.I.A. and N.S.A. present on it!!! THREATS FROM BOTH JUDGE DOTY AND POLICE ILLEGAL- EXTRADITION IS ILLEGAL UNLESS THERE ARE FEDERAL LEVEL FELONY OFFENSES THAT THE SUBJECT OF THAT EXTRADITION HAS COMMITTED-AND THERE ARE NO SUCH CHARGES IN MY CASE- their illegal Kangaroo court hearing with police perjuring and tyrant criminally charged judge, would succeed in a false finding of guilt only on a misdemeanor – their way of blaming I, the victim of a racially motivated hate crime that left me bloodied and hospitalized and deflecting criminal culpability and accountability away from the offending police who assaulted my person on board the aircraft.

After contacting the lawyer emergency line, our lawyer got back to us and we had him speak to Winnipeg police sergeant who claims she knows nothing about Winnipeg police having reason to be at my door and said there is no operation to that effect in place-
THE SERGEANT IS LYING: because when my mother got to my apartment by taxi cab, and drove by spotting their presence, she overheard them say "...and there she is!!" evidence that I was the reason for their presence and that they had expected I might have called her in response and evidence of a premeditated illegal armed attack (Now the 8th attempt!!)- THEY MUST GO TO PRISON FOR LIFE BUT WILL TRY TO ABDUCT ME FIRST!!

Police had cut keys to my building and to my apartment (HIGHLY ILLEGAL) after the Oct 27/07 home raid/abduction wherein they stole belongings and sent them to Minneapolis- I know they cut keys because of an agent provocateur who had infiltrated a group of activists I had enlisted towards assisting in my protection while I remained in hiding. The agent told the group he had been to my apartment and in contact with my 'caretaker' (I don't have a caretaker as confirmed by a call I placed to my landlord) who told him if I were not back at my apartment on or before the upcoming Monday, he would kick the door down, with police present, *frustrated that he could not get into my apartment to do 'required repairs' (our landlord confirms there were no repairs scheduled or needed...) POLICE HAD CLEARLY CUT KEYS, INFILTRATED THE CIRCLE OF ACTIVISTS (THIS WAS LATER ESTABLISHED) AND ATTEMPTED TO LURE ME OUT OF SAFETY. And they will most assuredly try again!

Family and friends and associates were also targeted with threatening messages left on answering machines warning them not to interfere, voice mail deletions, viruses sent etc.
COHERSION:
During this period of threats, came 5 plea bargain offers as if to say "sign here to false guilt and we will stop terrorizing your family friends and associates"
REFUSAL OF PLEA BARGAINS NETS COVERT ILLEGAL TRIBUNAL -CIA FBI NSA JURY POOL X-US. MARINE CRIMINALLY CHARGED AS JUDGE!:
We were placed through a covert trial with CIA / NSA /FBI on the jury pool before a criminally charged X-U.S. Marine in one Judge David S. Doty (http://clr.org/fed-judges.html) who would threaten to send U.S. Marshals to hunt us down if we did not return for 'sentencing' after a fraudulent conviction of misdemeanor (for having been attacked and left bloodied? this 'blame the victim' approach 'slap on the wrist' penalty was obviously designed as means for them to cover up their crimes! - I was an honours student with no criminal record at University in attendance at the Mayo clinic for surgery to my arm when attacked!!-not a criminal!!

A police officer out of ‘the loop’ made the mistake of reading highly culpable information off of the computer screen aloud to our attorney to the effect of “Mr James belongings were seized and sent to Minneapolis in the United States.” Again, police claim no involvement with the United states; Police now claim the officer was ‘IN ERROR’ in making those statements- statements which he was reading directly off their covert files on their own computer screen!
On Dec 26/08 when Adam came back to collect written documentation of those files-POLICE REFUSED HIM THE FILES IN UNPRECEDENTED FASHION.
